Crafty cat dad makes epic cat-shaped house in honor of his fancy feline; he receives the beautiful blessing of his cat actually using it: ‘Your cat probably thinks this is a form of worship.’

Just like all cat parents, we would do anything for our fluffy felines. We buy them the fanciest organic food that money can buy, we make sure our (their) house is full of soft beds for them to lounge in, we make sure their litter boxes are purrfectly immaculate every day…. and yet, there is always someone out there who's beating you at your own game. We thought we did it all for our kitties, and then this cat dad below showed up and put us all to shame. 

He went out and built a literal tree-size cat-shaped cat house for his awwdorable tuxedo cat, and now we have to tell our cats that they can't have one. What's even more impurressive than this, however, is that his cat actually uses it. We've bought our cats at least 15 different beds, and they still prefer the cardboard boxes they came in. Anyway, if you want your cat to judge you for not being as good of a pawrent as this guy, go ahead and show them these pictures. Have a great week!

    Made a cat house that looks like my Cat Ailsa, that her for Scale in the first picture. There is 3 levels in it where they can run up on posts with carpet around them. One of them runs up to the head and the other up the tree on ontop of the head and play through the open eyes. Ahha it is very fun to watch them.

  • And you know what? The cat is 100% right. Why else would anyone make something like that, and it just happens to look exactly like their own cat? He can't deny it, and he shouldn't. If anything, we should all be making our cats sculptures like that. (Our cat made us write this).

  • We don't even know how much such a thing would cost, but if our cats would actually use it, we would consider getting one. Just thinking about all the money we've wasted over the years on toys they never play with, beds that remained untouched, food that suddenly is no longer tasty… you get the idea.
